Terms and Conditions Policy
- Hair by Miki’s hairstylist shall provide services with reasonable care and skill.
- Hair by Miki’s hairstylist shall perform the service promptly on the date and time agreed.
- If there are more clients added on the day not provided for, payment from them should be made before Hair by Miki’s Stylist leaves the premises on the wedding date.
- If Hair by Miki’s Stylist is unable to perform the agreed service for any unforeseen reason or unavoidable situation, due to unforeseen circumstances or any other cause beyond her control, another Hair by Miki stylist will fill in or all payments shall be returned to the client with the understanding that there will be no further liability concerning the agreement.
- Hairstylist will be the exclusive stylist for the day.
- Hair by Miki shall use her own products and equipment in the provision of the services.
- Hair by Miki will not be responsible or held liable for any hair condition / allergic reaction if clients’ hair does not agree with the used products or equipment. No hair/body is the same.
- The 50% Booking fee is non-refundable.
- If the client decides to cancel Hair by Miki’s services less than one week before the wedding/occasion date, then the full amount is non-refundable.
- If the client’s wedding date gets postponed, Hair by Miki will not be held liable if she is already previously booked on the new date the client chose for the wedding. The client will be refunded only 50% initial booking fee.
- If Hair by Miki is however available on the Client’s new wedding date, she will provide services as agreed upon at extra costs.
- Bride and bridal party should adhere to the schedule set up for the day by Hair by Miki, to ensure time accuracy. No touch-ups will be done in between, but only after all styles are done and before Hair by Miki’s stylist leaves the premises
- Hairstyles that have been agreed upon in advance will be styled on the wedding day, no changes of styles will be accepted on the day of the wedding unless agreed upon no less than a week before the wedding date.
Deposits & Payments
- The client agrees to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee to confirm the initial booking and to pay the other 50% of the invoice no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
